The admission requirements for the Clinical Perfusion Program are as follows:
- 的学士学位

- 完成 必备的课程. Prerequisite courses must be completed by the time of matriculation. Students may apply if prerequisite courses are in progress or planned to be completed by the time of matriculation.

- 两封推荐信. We recommend that at least one letter be from a science faculty member, the other should be from someone who knows you in an academic, 或者专业能力. Applicants will submit their reference's information when filling out their application for admission.
- 正式大学成绩单. Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from every college attended or every college they have received credit from. If your college transcripts are not in English, or it is not in the same grading system as the United States, you will need to get a translation and a course-by-course educational credential evaluation completed by an approved agency.
- 如果英语不是你的第一语言, an official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IETLS) score report must be submitted. Waivers may be available for students who earn a degree in the U.S., have substantial work experience in the U.S., and/or for those who can demonstrate proficiency through an interview with an 招生 Advisor and a faculty member.

Incoming students will be required to submit a background check 后 being offered admission, and prior to enrollment at SUNY 推荐最近最火的赌博软件. All admitted students are admitted conditionally until background check results are obtained and reviewed by SUNY 推荐最近最火的赌博软件.
Program of Study transfer credits are evaluated on an individual basis in consultation with program faculty. In the event that courses taken at another institution fulfill a course requirement within the student’s program of study and the program faculty agrees, the student will receive credit for such course.
International Student Eligibility Criteria
Please note that the admissions process and requirements are the same as the domestic applicants.

Applicants with significant clinical experience as a clinical perfusionist may request consideration to receive credit by examination (CBE). This request must be made in writing to the Program Director.
